Concierge Representative


Responsibilities:
Under the general supervision of the Manager of Guest Services, this position is responsible for greeting and assisting patients, patient family members, or other guests.
Performs various tasks including way-finding, providing information about the facility, assistance with any special needs/requests, as well as providing a warm welcome to all visitors.
This position interacts with patients, family members, and other visitors ranging in age from neonate to geriatric.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Some college courses in a healthcare related field preferable.
Five years of hospital or healthcare experience interacting with customers.
Prior experience in a customer service department, and knowledge of local businesses and the Harford County area is desired.
