Summary:
# Responsible for the provision of psychotherapy and care coordination services including, but not limited to, assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning and coordination of care, case management functions, and provision of individual/family and group therapy.
# May provide crisis intervention and de-escalation.
# Works with diverse populations, demographics, and age groups to provide collaborative care.
# Collects, tabulates data, and alerts treating team to potential/risk issues.
This role completes utilization reviews and all documentation.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Education # Training:
# Master#s Degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited program required.
Maryland licensure LMSW or LGPC is required.
# Licensed LCSW-C or LCPC is preferred.
# BLS certification required within 60 days of start date.

Experience:
# #A minimum of two (2) years# experience working in a behavioral health treatment setting implementing psychotherapeutic and crisis intervention services required.
# Care coordination experience preferred.

Demonstrate competence in the provision of individual/family therapy and group therapy as needed.
