Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3. ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills. CCBC is comprised of three main campuses with multiple points of retail services. CCBC is one of the largest colleges in the state of Maryland with approx 71,000 students. Total campus volume is $2.4 Million with $500,000 coming from catering. The general manager will supervise 4 other managers and 35 hourly employees on three campuses 20 miles apart. The retail on the three campuses is made up of some traditional retail stations with deli, pizza, Grill and grab and go, as well as some national Brands with Einstein Bros Bagels, Subway and Chester''s Chicken.
Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.
Basic Education Requirement - Associate''s Degree
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 4 years
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
