Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing highly responsive, rapid and reliable voice communications switching.
Administers the resolution of minor and major alarms on the board.
Interacts with patients, families and visitors ranging from school age children to the elderly.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalency Experience operating a multi-line switchboard preferred.
Excellent verbal communications skills and good manual dexterity.
Ability to quickly analyze problems and develop and implement solutions.
Outstanding service excellence skills.
Must be able to work well under pressure and during emergency situations.
Able to quickly dispatch incoming calls.
