Maintain territory inboxes and Docuware to ensure timely processing and sending of orders to customer service.
Verify the accuracy of orders received, manage them through Docuware, and ensure they are forwarded to a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for final processing and shipment.
Handle phone calls, including answering queries and directing calls to appropriate team members within the customer service department.
You're Probably a Match If You Have:
You're Probably a Match If You Have:
1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a preference for experience in quality assurance.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality assurance or customer service is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with document management systems like DocuWare.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
Strong communication skills and the capacity to work under pressure in a team environment.
