Monday-Friday days (flexibility for early evenings as needed) Annual Salary:
$65-$75,000 Sign-on BONUS:
$5,000 (50% paid after 30 days / 50% paid after 6 months) Caseload:
13 adolescent girls, ages 13-20 Licensure:
LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LCPC Social Worker

Free clinical supervision hours Social Worker
Responsibilities:
Completes psychosocial intake assessments and ongoing clinical assessments that include participation by youth and parents or guardians.
Interviews youth to assess functioning, to develop initial needs and individual treatment plan.
Assists in the development of the treatment and discharge plan that meets client's needs and complements services provided by other treatment team members.
Utilizes trauma informed clinical modalities and evidence-based practices for youth and family therapeutic interventions and sessions.
Provides direct clinical services to include but not limited to individual, group, and family therapy.
Completes written documentation of treatment of youth and progress through discharge, by deadlines set by regulatory agencies, state requirements, or employer.
Functions as a treatment team member and attends team conferences and meetings.

Master's degree in a human services field Licensure in Maryland as LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LCPC Experience working with children and families preferred.
