Responsibilities include welcoming our patients, answering the phone, making appointments, aiding patients checking in and out, making reminder calls for the next day, collecting payments for treatment and nutrition, verifying insurance, representing our office in a friendly, warm & personable way.
Must be efficient on the computer and able to learn new software.
Ability to multi task.
Medical/holistic experience preferred but not required.
Hiring for 1 full day ( Monday)and 2- 1/2 days (Tuesday & Thursday morning)a week but being flexible to cover other shifts periodically.
There is a 90 minute lunch hour.
It is best if the employee lives close enough to the office so they have the ability to drive home for lunch.
Our office goal is to help our patients feel good and be well at the same time! Job Type:
