Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team.
As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for flowers and design to showcase their skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Duties:
- Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, funerals and events - Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and other floral supplies - Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the floral design studio - Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, taking orders, and handling customer inquiries - Operate point of sale system and handle cash transactions accurately - Collaborate with the team to create innovative designs and stay updated on current floral trends
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Floral Designer or in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage - Strong artistic abilities with an eye for color combinations and arrangement aesthetics - Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers - Knowledge of retail sales principles and customer service practices We offer competitive pay based on experience.
