Responsibilities:
Bartenders are responsible for serving the high-top tables in the bar, the guests dining at the bar top, and making service bar tickets for the dining room.
Upon arrival, the bartenders are responsible for setting up and stocking the bar according to the opening procedures in the Bar Binder.
Bartenders must set themselves up for success by completing the HotSchedules Garnish List.
Signature cocktails should be made the same every time based off the recipes supplied in the cocktail cards.
Service bar needs to be quick and efficient at making drinks for the service.
Alongside the MOD, the closing bartender is the only one responsible for cashing out servers' reports when its not inconvenient for the bartender and not interfering with customer service.
Bartenders cannot cash out a server's report without a manager's signature.
All tips will be pulled among bartenders via hourly.
Sidework for bartenders includes cleaning all areas behind the bar and on the floor, restocking sugars, salt, pepper, fruit trays and stocking wine and liquor.
Bartenders are accountable for following key steps of service which will be instructed during the training courses.
Their goal is to provide exemplary seamless service to our guests.
They are to carry themselves professionally and with a sense of pride.
There is no job that a bartender isn't willing to do to make our guests happy.
Bar Team Members operate on a team service mentality which means they pool tips based on hourly contribution.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
