As an RRC, you will be the smiling face, greeting many of our wonderful residents and prospects! We are looking for a new team member who is skilled in organization, conflict management, scheduling, communications, and is a people person.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of residential properties - Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner - Work hand-in-hand with contractors and vendors for property maintenance and repairs - Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion - Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they are well-maintained and meet safety standards - Assist with office operations, including managing correspondence, maintaining files, and handling data entry - Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure efficient property management and resident satisfaction - Utilize Microsoft Office to track work orders and maintenance activities - Assist with accepting payments, navigating property management software, and building relationships with our residents and contractors Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer relationship management or property management is preferred - Knowledge of facilities management principles and practices - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact with residents and contractors - Proficient in data entry and file management - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously - Skilled in organization, escalations, time management, scheduling, follow-ups, event coordination, multi-tasking and office etiquette are a must.
