2K a year 7 days ago 7 days ago 7 days ago We are looking for a highly-motivated, data-driven, and detail-oriented CRM Specialist with a minimum of one year of experience in a customer relationship management/CRM software.
As the CRM Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment and enrollment strategies of the Admissions office.
The CRM Specialist supports the daily functions of the customer relationship management (CRM) tool within the Admissions Office (currently Slate).
Also, working with the Director for Admissions and Assistant Director in the development and maintenance of outreach within CRM including drip campaigns and other targeted messaging (emails, texts, calls); and maintenance of queries and rules allowing admissions staff to conduct outreach.
Duties include assisting the Assistant Director of Admissions with the creation of data standards and procedures; importing datasets, applications, forms, and queries; building forms; providing support for campus partners including training and troubleshooting; reviewing data for integrity; assisting with the creation of communication plans; assist with the creation of rules.
Required Education-Bachelor's degree is required.
