This is a full time / year-round position.
This associate must have an outgoing personality and be a great communicator.
This will be a front line, dealing with the public position.
This person will need to be a problem solver who can make decisions in order to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Front Desk Agent Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel - Check-in and check-out guests using the hotel's reservation system - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Assist with room reservations and ensure accurate room assignments - Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guests - Maintain a neat and organized front desk area Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills - Proficient in using phone systems and computer software - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - High school diploma or equivalent Join our team as a Front Desk Agent and be part of creating a positive guest experience.
