We are a busy, fast paced, 24 hour emergency hospital located in Bel Air, MD.
We are looking to add enthusiastic, team players to our already amazing support staff of over 70 staff members.
Must have communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Bookkeeping skills, to be thorough and pay attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
The ability to work well with others and the ability to work on your own.
Sensitivity and understanding.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills.
Have working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Bi-weekly payroll for staff Keep office supplies and cleaning products stocked Handle employee benefits and worker's compensation claims Submit/send invoices and statements Complete end of day reports and reconcile cash/credit cards Facilitate and schedule all maintenance repairs for the hospital Handle new hire paperwork Submitting any client refunds or employee reimbursements to accounts receivable Reconcile visa receipts Job Type:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
